When I watch a new movie/tv series I always look for moments that look or seem like they could be from LOTR or Hobbit. Or I look for references from Middle-earth...you get me? So in this post I will point put a few things in OTHER movies that relate to Middle-earth and its people.
In the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' films, Orlando (Legolas) is picking up an Aragorn look and actually getting messy. (Never would have thought...he's an elf!) I wonder if Viggo (Aragorn) watched those movies and laughed. I would If I were him! Hehehehe!
In the Avengers, when Iron Man is given the task of Putting Hawk Eye on a high building he says; 'Hold on Legolas.' (Or something like that, it has been a while since I watched the movie) If Orlando watched that movie I'm pretty sure he started laughing. (Sorry the First two have only been Legolas referenced but I'm getting to the other ones don't worry.)

*SPOILERS FOR FANS WHO HAVEN'T SEEN LAST EP. OF SERIES 3 OF 'SHERLOCK' BBC*
When John and Sherlock farewell each other as Sherlock is about to be sent away...couldn't help thinking of Frodo and Sam at the Grey Havens...AND MARTIN PLAYS A MIDDLE-EARTH HOBBIT! Not Sam though....
Orlando Bloom and Luke Evans are in the same movie 'The Three Musketeers' (2011) only to be retuned a short time later to work on the Hobbit films...eepiiiccc....
At the near end of the 2nd part of 'Harry Potter: And The Deathly Hallows' Harry breaks the most powerful wand in the world and tosses it into a chasm. *Sigh* If only it was that easy for Frodo tossing in the Ring at Mt. Doom.
SORRY FOR THE SHORT ENTRY...JUST A FEW RIGHT NOW. IF YOU ALL THINK OF ANY LET ME KNOW. AND I'LL COME UP WITH MORE LATER. 'BYE NOW.
