So, it is finally the time to look upon with out own eyes upon the final chapter in the Middle-earth Legend. Sad day? Yes. Happy day? Yes. This could very well be the last Middle-earth movie Peter Jackson will ever make. So this really may be the last goodbye. Hence the song Billy Boyd sings at the end of the movie. I have seen this film and I have to say it is the best film I have ever seen and the best of the three hobbit movies by far. What about you guys? Can't wait to see it?! Or have you already ended the journey?
The Battle of the Five Armies marks the sixth movie in this Middle-earth saga. Six movies to watch in chronological order, and I can't wait until I can! Must stay up all day for 24 hours to watch the whole Middle-earth experience. Now that the Hobbit is out they have to make a Middle-earth land right? Yes. Smaug roller coaster anyone?! YES!!! It'd be so much fun, and I just might be me who plans it and stuff. Probably not though. I'm not really into planning and taking action on those kind of things. Acting and Directing films is more in my area. But I will expect to see a Middle-earth land rise within my lifetime. Even if we all are old and grey by then. But who cares? It'll exist!!
As for the movie, I won't spoil it for the rest of you who have yet to set your eyes upon it. But I have to tell you...prepare for your minds to be blown out of your heads. About 30 minutes into watching it I thought "This movie is too perfect, its too much epicness to handle...too...much!" Seriously. There just was so much to love and adore about this movie. Just enough drama, humour and very epic huge battle. Thorin's gold madness gave me the creeps (I tip my hat to you Mr. Armitage, you nailed that gold madness as Thorin, honestly I couldn't ask for any more).
Once again...not gonna spoil it but, *deep sigh* this film holds many saddening moments, especially for you dwarf-lovers. Be very much prepared emotionally with handkerchiefs in your pockets. I shouldn't say anymore, seriously. But...it...just...was...so...awesome...I love it!!! Its the best, all and more of what I hoped for! Lots of Legolas! Wait...did I just say that out loud? O.O Um...well...go and see it! Just do it! Now, seriously, now. Honestly I do not wish to wait five months before I take the DVD in my hot little hands. But that is the price isn't it? I just hope I'll be able to see it again before the DVD release. Maybe...I dunno. Guess we'll see.
